Several levels of competence are available through this training experience. We call our training package the ON-COMMAND COLLECTION.
▪ COURAGE ON COMMAND
This is an entry-level seminar, a 4-hour introduction to fear itself and how to overcome it. We will deliver a variety of ideas and practices to instill confidence in
yourself in all aspects of delivery in the areas of communication that will allow all participants an opportunity to have the "COURAGE" to approach success.
▪ CONFIDENCE ON COMMAND
This course offers Group Presentation Training for 15 participants per class. Each class consists of 3 days at 8 hours per day, for a total of 24 hours of
continuous training.
In this program, the class will address how to overcome the fear of public presentations through being able to understand, identify, and use the fear itself to
reduce the anxiety, both physically and mentally, of public speaking. The attendees will then be introduced to the essentials of the preparation and practice of their presentation. They will cover
such areas as: What is my topic? What is my purpose? Who is my audience? What do they expect? They will then discover how each of these questions ties in to the research,
organization, and delivery of their message.
Whether it is preparing for a one-on-one interview for a job, asking for a raise or promotion, delivering a sales pitch, or just addressing a persuasive message to
your team, miscommunication is the number one problem encountered today, both personally and professionally. These attendees will walk away from this training with the "CONFIDENCE" that they know how
to deliver with impact and clarity. Each participant will leave the course with a video of their progress, as well as an expanded evaluation of their strengths and weaknesses from the seminar
facilitator. An added bonus will be included — a Behavioral Evaluation that will help each attendee understand his or her audience and his or her own approach to them.
▪ CHARISMA ON COMMAND
This course is offered as one-on-one training and consultation for individuals interested in perfecting their own personal image and credibility, as well as for
communication skills in the business world today, in combination with the intensive learning power of the group presentation in CONFIDENCE ON
COMMAND.
In this tight employment market, prospective employees need to "shine" in all areas, not just during the interview process, but beyond. This ultimate learning experience
polishes your own personal presentation by allowing you to more confidently express you or opinions, feelings, and ideas. During this intensive 32 hours (24 hours of group training and 8 hours of
individual facilitation), the attendee will learn the skills to maintain self-esteem and composure, and learn to relate to an audience in a meaningful and motivating way, regardless of size or makeup.
They will learn to: create a dynamic presentation and to communicate it with clarity and power; field questions and objections intelligently and credibly; and, handle
unexpected situations with confidence and poise.
Each attendee will leave the course of instruction with a video of their progress, as well as an expanded evaluation of their strengths and weaknesses. A complete Behavioral
Evaluation will assess the participants and their abilities to interact with others and help them to have the "CHARISMA" they will enjoy, having completed this ultimate training experience.

▪ COACH ON COMMAND
This course will enhance the learning potential of both group and individual training; this is referred to as our "Train the Trainer" program. This training experience will
give an individual the opportunity to attain the skills of a professional speaker and trainer.
The participant will attend the CONFIDENCE ON-COMMAND class, and then get the benefits of one-on-one
facilitation for an additional 16 hours of the skills it takes to go beyond "just speaking in public" and on to the realm of speaking as a professional. They will learn how to gain visibility for
themselves and their ideas, and to move audiences to act on the message they are delivering. This class will remove the guesswork about what makes an effective, invigorating presentation, and outline
successful techniques for preparing material and delivering it before any audience.
Students also will be instructed in ways of handling the headaches, as well as the opportunities, that presenters most often encounter. This 40-hour concentrated knowledge
will wrap up with a video of their progress, as well as a completed video that they can use to introduce themselves to future prospective clients. A guaranteed job interview with one of three major
seminar companies will celebrate their successful completion of this course material. They also will receive the Behavioral Evaluation for their own use to aid their communication and interaction
skills with their awaiting audiences which, of course, will give them the unique ability to "COACH" with success.
The ultimate goal for this attendee will be to receive the coveted CPT (Certified Professional Trainer) designation which they can proudly display on all their business
correspondence. To earn this designation, a minimum number of points must be accrued during the instruction process, and continuous training must follow in order to keep the designation current.
