Coach On Command

This course will enhance the learning potential of both group and individual training; this is referred to as our "Train the Trainer" program. This training experience will give an individual the opportunity to attain the skills of a professional speaker and trainer.

The participant will attend the CONFIDENCE ON-COMMAND class, and then get the benefits of one-on-one facilitation for an additional 16 hours of the skills it takes to go beyond "just speaking in public" and on to the realm of speaking as a professional. They will learn how to gain visibility for themselves and their ideas, and to move audiences to act on the message they are delivering. This class will remove the guesswork about what makes an effective, invigorating presentation, and outline successful techniques for preparing material and delivering it before any audience.

Students also will be instructed in ways of handling the headaches, as well as the opportunities, that presenters most often encounter. This 40-hour concentrated knowledge will wrap up with a video of their progress, as well as a completed video that they can use to introduce themselves to future prospective clients. A guaranteed job interview with one of three major seminar companies will celebrate their successful completion of this course material. They also will receive the Behavioral Evaluation for their own use to aid their communication and interaction skills with their awaiting audiences which, of course, will give them the unique ability to "COACH" with success.
