Training Tips

Body language and non-verbal communication can make you or break you in the front of an audience. What message are you really trying to give your audience, whether its one or one hundred?

• Posture, stance, and stride illustrate confidence.  No one will buy into anything you present until you can sell them on you and on your credibility as a professional.

• Eye contact reminds your audience that you care about them and are focusing on their needs.

• Movement and gestures tend to keep your audience with you...not lost in some far away place.

• Match or mirror the attire of your audience so they can feel one with you.

• The faster the delivery, the better the retention.  Be aware of the dynamics of your verbal delivery.
